These terms apply when you buy the Majority Writes Series Skill or order a video from Majority Writes (@majoritywrites). By sending an order you agree to them.

1. How an order works

• You send the order form. Nothing is charged at that point.
• We reply by email with a secure payment link. If we can't do what you asked, we tell you.
• After payment we email the download (the skill) or start the work (a video).

2. The Series Skill

• It runs on your own computer: Windows 10/11, Claude Code with a paid Claude plan, and a voice (your own recording or ElevenLabs). Those tools and plans are not part of the price.
• One licence is for one person or one channel. Please don't share, resell or re-upload the skill files.
• Updates to version 1 are included. Setup help is by email.
• The videos and series you make with it are yours to post and earn from. Use your own characters and stories, not someone else's.
• Views and results on this site are our own. They show what the skill can make, not a promise of your numbers.

3. Custom videos, shoutouts, avatars and cameos

• You must have permission to send the photos, names and text you give us, including the permission of anyone shown or named.
• We don't make anything sexual, hateful, or meant to scare, insult or harass a real person.
• One round of small changes is included after delivery. You may share and post your video.
• A shoutout or cameo never changes how a story goes. The comments decide that, and votes are never for sale.

4. Refunds

• The skill is a digital download. All sales are final: once the download link is sent, there are no refunds, because the files can't be returned.
• Check "You'll need" before you buy. A computer, plan or tool that doesn't meet it is not a reason for a refund.
• The only refunds: we never sent your download link, or you were charged twice for the same order.
• Problems running it? Email us with a screenshot and we help you with the setup. Help is support, not a refund promise.
• Videos, shoutouts, avatars and cameos: full refund only if you cancel before we start work. Once work has started there are no refunds; after delivery we fix real mistakes in what we agreed.
• A chargeback or payment dispute opened without emailing us first ends your licence and all support.

5. Who owns what

• The skill's code, our stories, characters and art style stay ours. You get the right to use the skill, not to sell it.
• We only show your work as a sample if you say yes.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order follows the terms that applied when it was paid.
